Rule 1

Abbreviations and initials

(1) These Rules shall be entitled "Industrial Business Rules, 2078". 2. Definition: Unless the subject or context requires otherwise, in these regulations,- (a) "Act" means the Industrial Business Act, 2076. (b) "Nepal Business Forum" means Nepal Business Forum as per rule 38. (c) "Sick Industry Advisory Committee" means the Sick Industry Advisory Committee under rule 36;
