Section 1
Abbreviations and initials

(1) The name of this Act is "Criminal Offenses (Determination of Punishment and Execution) Act, 2074".
(2) Clauses (d), (e), (f) and (g) of Section 17 of this Act, Sections 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 49 by the Government of Nepal to publish information in the Nepal Gazette. From the appointed date and other clauses will start from 1st August 2075.
