Section 1
Abbreviations, Extensions and Initials
(1) The name of this Act is “Property Laundering (Money Laundering) Prevention Act, 2064”. (2) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal and shall be applicable to persons residing anywhere within Nepal or outside Nepal who commit offenses related to financial investment in terrorist activities. (3) This Act shall come into force immediately.
