Section 1

Abbreviations, Extensions and Initials

(1) The name of this Act is “Public Roads Act, 2031”. (2) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal.
(3) Paragraph-4 of this Act shall commence in the designated district or area from the date specified by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette and other sections shall commence immediately.
