Section 1
Abbreviation, Extension and Commencement
(1) The name of this Act is “Education Act, 2028”.
(2) This Act shall apply throughout Nepal.
(3) This Act shall come into effect from the date specified by the Government of Nepal in the designated area by publishing it in the Nepal Gazette.
