Section 1
Abbreviation, Extension and Commencement
(1) This Act may be called the “Hotel Arrangements and Liquor Sale and Distribution (Control) Act, 2023”.
(2) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal.
(3) This Act shall commence immediately.
