(1) The account of income and expenditure of the Association shall be kept according to the accounting system adopted by the Government of Nepal.
(2) The audit of the association's accounts shall be done by a licensed auditor appointed by the general meeting of the association.
(3) The auditor as per sub-rule (2) shall audit the accounts of the association and submit a copy of the report to the Ministry every year.
