Section 7
Formation of the Board of Directors
(1) The following board of directors will be established to manage and supervise the entire work of the fund:
(a) Chief Justice – Chairman
(b) Senior Judges of the Supreme Court – Member
(c) Attorney General – Member
(d) Secretary to the Government of Nepal, Ministry of Law and Justice – Member
(e) Registrar, Supreme Court Member – Secretary
(2) The Board of Directors shall organize its own procedures.
