Section 54
The Guardian or Mathwar can appeal
Despite anything written in section 52 or 53, in the case of a minor or a person who is not at home, if he is his guardian or mathwar according to law, such guardian or mathwar will be entitled to appeal within the limits of the law according to this paragraph.
