(1) In accordance with the Act and this regulation, the party who leases the property of the trustee shall hand over the structure or property to the office of the trustee after the lease period has expired.
(2) If the structure or property is not transferred in accordance with sub-rule (1), the trust's office shall assume that such structure or property has been transferred automatically after the lease period expires, and shall live on the trust's income.
