(1) The appointment letter for the position appointed by the President in accordance with the Constitution of Nepal and other prevailing laws shall be verified by the signature of the President.
(2) The authentic copy of the appointment letter as per sub-section (1) shall be preserved by the office of the President and sent in writing to the office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers for information and implementation of such certification and to the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs for publication in the Nepal Gazette.
(3) Apart from what is written in sub-section (1), the appointment of other positions to be appointed according to the Constitution of Nepal shall be verified as prescribed by the designated authority and implemented as prescribed.
