(1) The chief secretary shall certify the appointment of the following posts to be appointed in accordance with the current constitution and declaration of the House of Representatives, 2063:-
(a) The Chief Justice,
(b) ……………….
(c) Member, Judicial Council,
(d) Chief Commissioner, Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission,
(e) Auditor General,
(f) Chairman, Public Service Commission,
(g) Chief Election Commissioner, Election Commission,
(h) Attorney General,
(i) ………………
(j) Commander-in-Chief,
(k) Commissioner, Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority,
(l) Member, Public Service Commission,
(d) Commissioner, Election Commission,
(d) Secretary General, Parliament Secretariat,
(n) Secretary, House of Representatives,
(s) The Secretary, National Assembly,
(th) ………………
(2) Based on the certification according to sub-rule (1), the Chief Secretary himself or the Secretary of the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers shall give the appointment letter to the relevant official. A certified copy of the same shall be sent to the relevant ministry.
(4) The Chief Justice shall certify the appointment of Supreme Court Judge, Chief Justice or Judge of the Court of Appeal and District Judge.
(5) Sub-rule ( 4) The Registrar of the Supreme Court shall give the appointment letter to the relevant official on the basis of the certification.
