Rule 3
Matters to be considered by the Constitutional Bench
(1) The following matters shall be considered by the Bench:
(a) Application under sub-section (1) of Article 133 of the Constitution,
(b) Cases under sub-section (2) of Article 137 of the Constitution,
(c) Cases determined by the Chief Justice in accordance with clause (3) of Article 137 of the Constitution.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the case pending in the Supreme Court Special Bench at the time of commencement of this Regulation shall be considered by the Constitutional Bench after the commencement of this Regulation.
(3) Other petitions related to the matters under sub-rule (1) will also be presented before the bench.
