Section 10

Authentication of rules, regulations or guidelines made by constitutional bodies

(1) Two copies of rules, regulations or guidelines made by constitutional bodies in accordance with prevailing laws shall be authenticated by the signature of the chief officer of such body.
(2) Among the authentic copies as per sub-section (1), one copy shall be kept with the relevant constitutional body and the other copy with the relevant ministry.
