(1) After receiving approval from the department according to sub-rule (2) of rule 4, if it is necessary to amend all or any of the areas, method, period, purpose etc. of data collection The application should be submitted to the department along with the reason.

(2) After receiving the application according to sub-rule (1), the department may approve the amendment after necessary investigation and study.
(3) After giving approval as per sub-rule (2), the department shall amend its register book.
