(1) In addition to the leader of such party in the parliamentary party, there will be a deputy leader, a whip or a member-secretary as per the need.
(2) Except as otherwise provided in the constitution of the respective party, the leader of the parliamentary party shall nominate a deputy leader, whip or member-secretary from among the members of the parliamentary party.
(3) The leader or whip of the parliamentary party shall provide the details of the office bearers of the parliamentary party to the Secretariat of the Federal Parliament or the Secretariat of the Provincial Assembly.
