(1) The Federal Parliament Secretariat or the Provincial Assembly Secretariat shall make necessary arrangements for the establishment of an office to carry out the work of the parliamentary party.
(2) For the purposes of sub-section (1), such secretariat shall provide the relevant parliamentary party with the necessary resources and means.
