(1) According to the instructions of the concerned party, the member of the parliamentary party of the federal parliament or the provincial assembly shall elect one leader of the parliamentary party from among themselves.
(2) The election of the parliamentary party and other matters related thereto shall be as mentioned in the constitution of the respective party.
