9. Regarding the land needed for the purpose of the organization or corporation: (1) According to the plan, when the land allocated for the purpose of various organizations or corporations is obtained from the Government of Nepal, the amount of compensation to be paid for the said land shall be paid to the owner of the land or the owner of the land. In order to distribute the land to the affected people, the Government of Nepal shall allow the committee to receive the necessary funds from such organizations or corporations.

(2) According to sub-rule (1), the committee shall sell and distribute the land received from the Government of Nepal to the related organizations or corporations in accordance with the plan. While selling and distributing the land in such a way, the reasonable value of the land will be established on the following basis:-

(a) Expenses incurred while acquiring the land,
(b) After acquiring the land, the expenses incurred for the preliminary work according to the plan,
(c) Expenditure for the physical development of the land (d) Current value of land. But while fixing the price in that way, the price will be fixed by deducting the amount of compensation already received from the related organization or corporation as per sub-rule (1).
