(1) The organization shall have a separate fund and the following amounts shall be in that fund:- (a) Funds received in the form of grants or loans from Nepal Government, Provincial Government or Banks or domestic or foreign associations, organizations, etc., (a1) Funds received by collecting small savings, (A2) Amounts received from commercial banks or financial institutions. (B) Amounts as specified from fees received from members of the organization. Funds received from other sources. (2) All expenses incurred in the name of the organization shall be met from the fund under sub-section (1). The opening will be deposited and the operation of such account will be as specified. (4) If the organization is not in a position to disburse microloans immediately, it can invest in periodic deposits for a maximum period of six months after taking the approval of the bank.
