(1) If an organization requests the Nepal Government to acquire any land for the following works by paying the compensation and all other expenses as per this Act, the Nepal Government shall grant the land to such organization. may decide :
(a) To build a house for the employees, laborers or workers of the organization or to make other arrangements for their comfort or to do any work that is beneficial to the general public,
(b) To carry out a project related to an organization wholly owned by the Government of Nepal or to construct a warehouse for the purpose of storing any goods produced by such an organization or related to the business of such an organization. If such organization makes a request to the provincial government to acquire any land for carrying out the project or related to the business of such organization or for building a warehouse house for storing any goods produced by such organization, the compensation and all other expenses as per this Act, the provincial government shall acquire such land. can make a request to the Government of Nepal. If such a request is received, the Government of Nepal may decide to grant the land to such an organization." (2) Instead of "Subsection (1) or (1A)", the organization that acquires the land shall issue a letter of approval in the following matters. The procedure for acquiring land in accordance with this Act will not be carried out until:
(a) To pay the expenses incurred or incurred while acquiring the land to the Government of Nepal (b) If a house for laborers or Kaligads is to be built or for any purpose for their comfort, when and in what manner will it be prepared and for how long will it be maintained,
(c) If it is for any other construction work, when will it be ready and how will it be used?
(3) Regardless of what is written in "Subsection (1) or (1A)", if such an organization has to cultivate to conduct its project, the Government of Nepal will not acquire land under the Act for the purpose of cultivation other than for the purpose of experimental cultivation for research. p>
