Section 22
Power of the Government of Nepal to investigate the work of the Institute
: (1) The Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and appoint an inspector to investigate the Institute. But the expenses incurred by the institute for such investigation will not be taxed.
(2) The inspector appointed under sub-section (1) shall have the right to examine all the accounts and documents with the institute.
(3) The inspector appointed under this section shall submit his report to the Government of Nepal.
