Directors or General Managers of the Institute cannot be shareholders in any contract with the Institute. However, as soon as the director or general manager becomes aware of any matter directly or indirectly related to any contract that has been given or proposed to be taken by the company and submitted for the committee's consideration, each director or general manager must submit the matter to the meeting of the committee as soon as possible. The fact that it has been submitted will be noted in the minute book and the concerned director will not be allowed to participate in any discussion or decision in the committee regarding the contract.
