Section 3
Establishment of Institute
: (1) An institute named “Gorkhapatra Institute” shall be established.
(2) The Institute shall be a self-governing and organized body with inalienable succession. This organization will have its own seal for all its work. It will be able to acquire movable and immovable property subject to this Act and prevailing Nepalese law and can transfer the title. It will be able to file a complaint in its own name and also file a complaint in the same name.
(3) The head office of the Institute shall be in Kathmandu and it shall be lawful for the Institute to appoint or set up agents, correspondents or sales centers within Nepal ………… or even abroad.
