12B.1 The committee may recommend to the relevant body to provide any of the following facilities to the organization that conducts plans related to physical development:- 12B.1.1 To provide technical support for conducting plans related to physical development. 12B.1.2 To recommend the provision of loans from finance companies, financial institutions or banks for the purchase of land required by such an organization, 12B.1.3 To provide the land required by such an organization in accordance with prevailing laws. 12B.2 If an organization needs to purchase land in the course of formulating and operating a plan related to physical development, upon the recommendation of the committee, the Government of Nepal may grant a fifty percent discount on the registration fee charged for the purchase of such land. However, if the plan related to physical development conducted by such an organization cannot be implemented for any reason, the organization will have to pay the amount due to the registration exempted from the government of Nepal and the interest on that amount according to the prevailing law to the government of Nepal. 12B.3 If an organization needs to be exempted from purchasing land in excess of the limit for the implementation of physical development plans, the government of Nepal shall publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette on the terms and conditions set by the committee's recommendation and with the agreement of the concerned body that grants the limit exemption, the current law will not apply to the land of such an organization. can give discount. But if such a plan is not implemented or if the committee decides that it is not implemented according to the conditions or standards set by the committee, such organization will get the facilities related to land demarcation
