(1) In accordance with the Act and this regulation, a certificate of compliance with the codes (codes) issued by the department when manufacturing or selling drugs, or a certificate of efficient production or sales distribution practices in drug production by a registered seller for drug production or distribution. If you want to take it, you have to submit an application to the department.
(2) Upon inspection of the application received as per sub-rule (1), if it is found that the applicant has followed the codes (codes) or has adopted efficient production or sales distribution practices in drug production, the department will take the receipt as per schedule-14 and issue a certificate thereof.
