In the event that someone transacts with a person, if the signature of the head of the household is not on the document of such transaction, the creditor shall not be entitled to collect his money from such property until the debtor's right to the property of Sagol is reached.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if the person working as the head of the household pays such amount, the creditor shall be entitled to take it.
(3) If a person is unable to collect the amount from the debtor under the circumstances under sub-section (1), within ten years, the creditor shall sue the debtor and retain his rights.
(4) In accordance with sub-section (3), the creditor shall be entitled to collect his amount from the debtor in accordance with the law after his right to the property of Sagol is reached.
(5) In accordance with sub-section (4), the limitation period for filing the claim will start from the date on which the claimant's right to collect the amount has been reached.
