Rule 7
Collectors can be appointed
to collect and update the voter list to the registration officer, the Commission may appoint the Government of Nepal or an organization or body owned or controlled by the Government of Nepal or an organization or agency or an employee of a local body or a teacher of a community school to work as a collector.
