: 1) If such livestock is found to be healthy and sound during the health examination according to rule 5, the technician conducting the health examination shall attach a signal leash provided by the fund to such livestock.
(2) The signal lease imposed on the protected livestock in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall not be withdrawn as long as such livestock remains under protection in accordance with this regulation.
(3) If for any reason the signal leash of such livestock is lost or destroyed before the period of protection has expired, the livestock owner shall immediately affix another signal leash to such livestock after informing the chairman of such group in the case of livestock purchased and protected under collective guarantee by the concerned technician, representative of the member organization.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), if the protected livestock is re-leased, the concerned protector shall inform the fund through the member organization.
(5) According to sub-rule (3), if a lost signal lease is found after the livestock has been leased, the custodian shall submit such signal lease to the relevant member organization or fund.
