(1) The election of each officer in the central committee at the federal level of the party and the provincial committee at the provincial level shall be held at least once in every five years as provided in the constitution of the party.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if special circumstances arise and the election of such office bearers cannot be completed within five years, the commission shall be informed as provided in the statute and the election of such office bearers shall be held within six months from the date of completion of such period.
(3) The details of the elected central committee and provincial committee should be provided to the commission within one month from the date of election.
(4) The commission may monitor whether the party's central committee and state committee have been formed in accordance with this section.
