Section 9
Appointment of Secretary
(1) There shall be a Secretary as the administrative head of the office of the Council.
(2) The council shall appoint at least a graduate in law to the post of secretary or, at the request of the council, appoint staff up to the gazetted government of His Majesty.
(3) Apart from what is written in this Act, the other duties, duties and rights of the Secretary shall be as prescribed.
(4) The remuneration, facilities and conditions of service of the Secretary shall be as prescribed.
(5) In the absence of the Secretary, the Council may appoint an employee to act as Secretary.
