(1) The secretariat of the fund shall be at the place designated by the board of directors.
(2) The position and number of employees in the secretariat will be as determined by the board of directors.
(3) The Government of Nepal will appoint the necessary staff for the Secretariat.
(4) The day-to-day operations of the Secretariat shall be conducted by the Member-Secretary
