Rule 41V
Sentencing Officer:
(1) The chief district officer of the concerned district shall have the right to punish according to section 52d of the Act. (2) If he is not satisfied with the decision made by the chief district officer according to sub-rule (1), an appeal can be made before the relevant district court within twenty one days.
