Section 136
Punishing Officer
(1) In the case of the establishment, the executive head shall have the authority to punish misconduct. (2) In spite of anything written in sub-section (1), the management category workers shall have the right to investigate and punish such right to take the final decision regarding punishment for bad conduct.
