The court shall determine the punishment by considering any or all of the following purposes:-
(a) encourage the offender or other person to commit an offence,
(b) protect the society or community,
(c) Provide justice including compensation to the victim,
(d) assisting or reforming the offender to rehabilitate him in society,
(e) keeping the offender isolated from society,
(f) to make the offender feel remorse for his actions and to make the victim or the community feel that harm has been done,
(g) Condemning conduct prohibited by law.
