The investigation officer may present the accused who cooperates in the investigation under this Act as his witness and grant him full or partial exemption from the penalty demand in accordance with the prevailing law. However, if his cooperation is not proved by other evidence or evidence, or if he gives a statement before the investigating officer in such a way that his cooperation is unfavorable to the investigating officer, regardless of what is written in this Act or the existing law, there will be no hindrance to file a case against him again with the demand according to this Act.
