(1) It shall be the duty of the committee to manage the entire business of the fund, exercise the rights and comply with the duties and conduct, direct, supervise and control the general administration of the fund subject to this Act or the regulations made under this act. (2) The powers that the committee may exercise. All or some of the rights may be delegated to a director, sub-committee, executive director or any authorized employee of the fund.
