The work, duties and rights of the Board of Directors shall be as follows:-
(a) To identify the areas of expenditure to be made from the fund,
(b) To determine the necessary criteria regarding the expenditure to be made from the fund,
(c) To make a decision regarding the expenses to be borne by the fund in accordance with rule 7,
(d) Overstating the accounts of the fund,
(e) determining the number of staff to be in the Secretariat,
(f) To do other necessary work related to the fund.
