Constitution of the Board of Directors The
Bank shall have a Board of Directors consisting of the following members:- (a) Governor - Chairman (b) Secretary, Ministry of Finance - Member (c) Two Deputy Governors - Member (d) Economic, Monetary, Credit, Financial and Commercial Three Directors-Members appointed by the Government of Nepal from among eminent persons in the field of law
