(1) The Ministry shall form a board of directors of the orphanage with a maximum of seven members including local social workers, women social workers, doctors and teachers for the purpose of operating the orphanage.< br> (2) The work, duties and term of office of the chairman, members and secretary who are not in the board of directors shall be as prescribed by the ministry when the said committee was formed.
