(1) Management of the Fund and Board of Directors The following civil servants welfare fund shall be the Board of Directors:-

(a) Chief Secretary, Government of Nepal – Chairman
(b) Secretary, Ministry of General Administration – Member
(c) Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice, Constituent Assembly and Parliamentary Affairs – Member
(d) Secretary, Ministry of Health and Population – Member (e) Comptroller General – Member
(f) One retired person nominated by the Government of Nepal – Member
(g) Gazetted first class employee designated by the Government of Nepal - Member - Secretary
(2) According to clause (f) of sub-rule (1), the term of office of the nominated member shall be two years from the date of assuming office.
