Section 23
Accountability and Responsibilities of Directors
(1) The director shall not be made to do any work through the bank or financial institution or in connection with the work of the bank or financial institution to take personal advantage. (3) The director of a bank or financial institution shall take responsibility for risk management and internal control by adopting efficient business strategies of the institution. (4) The director shall not interfere in the day-to-day operations of the management of the bank or financial institution. Instructions must be followed completely.
