Section 9
Disqualification as a director
: No one of the following persons can be a director :-
(a) any salaried officer of the Corporation, or
(b) a person who becomes a creditor's in-laws in default of payment, or
(c) an insane or unsound person, or
(d) A person who has been found guilty by a court of law and sentenced to imprisonment. (e) A person who has taken any contract lease in the activities related to the company.
