(1) A nominated director may resign from his position by giving a written notice to the Government of Nepal and an elected director to the committee. After the resignation is accepted, he will be considered to have resigned.
(2) If a nominated or elected director becomes vacant due to death, resignation or any other reason, the vacant position shall be filled by nomination or election and the elected or nominated director shall remain in that position only for the remainder of his term of office.
(3) Even if there is an error in the formation of the committee or the position of a director is vacant, even if action has been taken in the committee, such action cannot be invalidated for that reason alone.
