9. Work, duties and rights of members:

The work, duties and rights of members shall be as follows:-

(a) To submit to the Commission for the purpose of giving opinions on the plans and programs related to their area of ​​responsibility,
(b) Approving the annual program related to his area of ​​responsibility in accordance with the policy and program of the government,
(c) Supervise, monitor and evaluate sectoral policies, projects and programs related to their area of ​​responsibility,
(D) To prepare the annual progress report of the project related to his area of ​​responsibility and submit it to the Vice President,
(e) To do other work as prescribed by the Vice President.
