To be a member, the following qualifications must be met: (a) For a law member, a person who is or has become a judge of a district court, (b) For a banking member, a bank established in accordance with the prevailing law with at least a master's degree in economics or commerce. A person with at least 10 years of experience in a second class official position in a financial institution, (c) For an accounting member, having obtained a master's degree in commerce or having passed a chartered accountancy or similar examination and having obtained at least a "B" grade auditor's certificate in the work related to banking or financial sector audit.
