To be appointed as a member, the following qualifications must be met:-

(a) Nepalese citizen,

(b) Post graduate from a university recognized by the government of Nepal. (c) has not been a member of any political party for at least two years prior to appointment, (d) has completed forty years of age, ( e) Special category experience of the Government of Nepal for the Chairman
