(1) The position of a member shall be deemed to be vacant in the following cases:-

(a) Section 11B. If the term of office as per sub-section (4) is completed,

(b) If the age of sixty-five years is completed,

(c) If his written resignation submitted to the Government of Nepal is accepted,

(d) If he dies.

(2) ) Section 11b. Notwithstanding anything written in Sub-section (4) of A member may be removed from the position of a member.

However, he shall not be deprived of the opportunity to present an explanation before being removed from the position.
