(1) The remuneration, service conditions and facilities of the Chairman and members shall be the same as the Chief Justice of the Court of Appeal and the Judge of the Court of Appeal respectively.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if the judge of the court of appeals is the president or a member of the custodial staff, such president or member shall only be given the allowance as prescribed by the Government of Nepal for the day of the sitting of the court.
