According to section 6 of the Act, the government of Nepal has entered into a treaty or agreement with the government of a country that has established diplomatic relations with Nepal to select the necessary persons for the purpose of sending workers. In the case of those who have not, they should be selected from among the people who have fulfilled the following criteria and procedures –
(a) General Reading,
(B) Having general information about the law, language, culture, lifestyle of the country where you are going to work (c) Having general information about occupational safety and health,
(d) Obtained orientation training certificate,
(D1) Having received training for related work,
(e) Having obtained a certificate of health from a recognized health institution,
(f) Completing other procedures and criteria specified by the Board of Directors as per Sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the Act.
